Park Crescent has many options available for access to the Practice. The surgery has auto opening doors to the waiting area, a lift that can take you to the 1st floot for your appointment, a ramp entrance and disabled access bathrooms. We also have a wheelchair at the Practice should you require assistance to attend your appointment.

We have many bus options that stop near the surgery. 

If you are near the Marina you can use route 23

If you are near Old Steine/University you can use route 25

Bus 21 and 22 stop at the bottom of Elm Grove, very near the surgery

You can also jump on bus 28 and 29 if you are coming from Lewes.

 If you need medical advice when we are closed, our out of hours cover is provided by the NHS 111 Service.
